What is it with me and starting my blog with a weather update, as if I was a weather woman or something.
While waiting in Tesco, I listed the things that had happened to me in my mobile knowing that I'd forget them later on. Anyway, here goes. :)
I had a shower this morning with cold water. I was shivering after. I should really remember to put the heating to 'auto' every night, sighs.
Oh the morning was oh so BORING. Rhymes, haha. It was boresville this morning at school or maybe I was just really tired that I found everything a yawnfest. First class, Religion. We were watching Indiana Jones : Raiders of the Lost Ark, a 19-something film.We obviously did not finish it because, thankfully, there was a glorious sound of the bell ringing. Next class, Geography. We watched another DVD, about rivers and flooding this time. I placed my head down the desk as I watched and in no time, I had fallen asleep. Epic. A couple minutes later I woke up with a fright - thank God the Miss didn't notice, I would have been so embarrassed. While walking to English class, I explained what I had dreamed of - my classmates were, for some unknown reason, giving me money. Amazing, right?
I was waiting outside my house for around 5 minutes after school. I had pressed the door bell a couple of times but nobody answered, great. So I thought about it first, if I should just wait there or collect my brother from school, haha. Don't get me wrong, my brother is no 'little' brother. What I meant by collecting him was walking to his school and meeting him there. I did that, walking really slowly as if I had all the time in the world because I knew that they'd still be in school by the time I get there. He didn't have keys either, brill.
We went to McDonald's while we waited for my mom. I had a double-cheeseburger - which had 410 calories, I found out later on. Please, don't misunderstand me as a freak who frets about what she eats, about her calories and about her body, this is for my ridiculous Science homework. We were told to write down everything we ate and the calories in them for the whole week. I think it's absurd.
My brother and I then headed over to Bucoy's. A load of guys were there, still in there uniforms, playing the PS3. My mom went over to our old house leaving my brother behind. We collected our letters there. I opened a letter that seemed to be from a school because, somehow, the brown envelope gave me hints. It was from a school, just not mine but my brother's. I scanned it quickly then handed it to my mom. Then I opened this other envelope and yeah, it was my report card. I read it twice then folded it back. I was happy from then on.
Three women, around their 30s, were singing and dancing to the song Irreplaceable by Beyonce in Tesco. I tried not to laugh.
I really do love Fridays.
